Exchange It is a Shopify application that enables merchants to manage product returns and exchanges. The App provides tools for processing return requests, managing exchange workflows, and offering customers flexible resolution options including refunds, store credit, and product exchanges.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

4. Subscription and Billing

Exchange It offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis through Shopify's billing system. Charges are made in accordance with the plan you select. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin.

5. Data and Privacy

Exchange It accesses your store's order data solely to provide return and exchange management services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Duo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Duo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
